Focus couldn’t happen without the hundreds of volunteers who generously give their time and energy to help the event run smoothly. In return, Focus offer discounts on tickets, as well as some on-site perks.

When you make your booking, please select ‘Focus Team’ as the ticket type. When asked which team you would like to join, please select your chosen team and complete the rest of the application.

focus kids & our space
Focus Kids is committed to raising a generation of kids who love Jesus and grow up knowing they are valued and loved.
Hosting & welcome team
The Hosting Team are our heroes at Focus! Whether it’s keeping everyone safe while moving around the site, or welcoming people into labs and workshops. The Hosting Team are always there to help and provide a friendly face to all!
Production team
This is an exciting and fast paced team who make Focus look and sound awesome.
media team
Join a lively, energetic and creative team, who produce videos, social media, photography and design at the event. Applicants may be asked for portfolios, showreels or examples of work experience.
Big Top Stewarding Team
Welcome guests into the Big Top, find seats and lend a hand where needed. Best of all, you won’t miss any of the sessions in the Big Top! Spaces are limited.
café team
The café team will work within the onsite cafés to produce hot beverages and sell any other cold drinks and snacks.
Focus Youth Teams & The Hub
The Focus Youth Teams are committed to raising a generation of youth who love Jesus and grow up knowing their value.
VENUES team
The Venues Team is instrumental in the delivery of Focus. The team works closely with the Event Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the site and the programme.
ACTIVE team
This team helps deliver the Active programme, offering a wide range of sports and activities across the site.
