David Thomas

A seasoned pastor, David earned a PhD in historical theology studying patterns of prayer that have preceded awakening movements in American history. His work focuses on empowering emerging leaders, and those who love them, to catalyse communities of encounter with God in hearts, homes, churches, and cities.

Katherine is the Associate vicar of HTB, working closely with Archie and Sam Coates in leading the church. She joined the staff team of HTB and went on to serve as Director of Strategy before later training for ordination at St Mellitus College. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership and a Certificate in Theology, Ministry and Mission.

MIRIAM SWANSON

Miriam has been equipping local churches to love, reach and disciple University students through the Fusion Movement for over a decade. She travels to speak and train the church internationally, is passionate about mission and raising younger leaders, and adores the world new adventures of being a mum.

JONNY GUMBEL

Jonny Gumbel is the Rector of Christ Church, Rio de Janeiro, having moved there with his wife Tara and their four children. Previously they lived in Brighton, where he was the Associate Vicar of St Peter’s Brighton and thought theology as part of the Peter Stream at Saint Mellitus College. He is author of Loved and Called.
