venues Team

The team will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of the Event. Working closely with the Focus Management Team, this team is responsible for ensuring venues are ready for seminars and activities, as well as turning around venues throughout each day. They will also be aware of health and safety, first aid procedures and fire exits, and will be on hand to answer any questions.

It is essential that you are able to arrive on site on Wednesday 25 July in time for the team briefing.

Before you apply please note:

  • You must be aged 18 or over

  • You must read the role description of your chosen volunteer role

  • You must collect the following referee information:

    • Reference 1 - must be on your church’s leadership team. This includes vicars, service pastors or a PCC member. Connect group leaders or acquaintances from church will not be considered valid referees.

    • Reference 2 - should be an employer or someone who has seen you in a working or hosting environment. Only one reference can be from your church.

    • Please note that at least one of your referees must have known you for more than 3 years and we cannot accept references from relatives/partners/close friends
