Accessibility

We want to ensure that Focus is a great experience for everybody.

BSL INTERPRETATION

There will be a BSL Interpreter in the Big Top sessions. When you arrive, please speak to one of our Big Top stewards to find out where to sit.

HEARING LOOP

We will be operating a hearing loop in the Big Top. When you arrive, please speak to one of our Big Top stewards to find out where to sit.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

As per our site rules, pets are not allowed at Focus. However, if you have a registered assistance dog, please view our policy here.

BIG TOP AND VENUES

All marquees and seminar spaces are either level access or have ramp access.

In the Big Top there will be space allocated for wheelchairs and carers/friends. Please speak to the stewarding team if you need help finding this section.

If you would prefer a quieter experience in the Big Top, head to either side of the tent and avoid the centre section.

PARKING

There will be parking available close to both gates for blue badge holders.

DISABLED ACCESS SHOWERS & TOILETS

There will be disabled toilets and shower facilities at specified locations on-site, marked on the site map.

GETTING AROUND THE SITE

In addition to the existing roads and paths, trackway will be laid across the site to assist with mobility and will run up to the Big Top. There will also be the ability to charge wheelchairs at a central point in the site.

SUPPORT FOR THOSE WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS

Our Space and The Hub are spaces to support children and young people with additional needs. Those requiring support will have a buddy to accompany them throughout the sessions.

All Big Top sessions will be live streamed in the Compassion Café.
