Are you an experienced camper who loves the great outdoors? Perhaps you have an eye for precision, a proactive outlook and can turn your hand to anything?

Town planners are the go-to person for your church’s camping area for the week. As a town planner, you’ll be responsible for scoping out your church area (ahead of arrival) to ensure everyone who has booked to camp with your church fits comfortably and safely within the space provided. You’ll need to take the lead as your church family arrive with their tents, pointing them in the right direction to their pitch for the week and troubleshooting if issues arise. Being available to provide practical support come rain or shine is a must, and experience tells us you’ve got to be full of energy and up for a challenge!

You’ll need to arrive on site on Wednesday 25th July in time for the Town Planners briefing at midday and we ask that you stick around until Wednesday 1 August at 10am, once all of your camping area is clear.

In return for your hard work during the week, we’ll provide you with:
•    Free event ticket
•    Free camping pitch
•    Access to the teams lounge (hot drinks and snacks available throughout the day)
•    Free access to the Focus talks after the event

If you are interested in being the town planner for your church, please contact your church office directly to apply. They will be able to issue you with a promo code for the booking system that will discount your booking accordingly.
