New for 2018, we’re looking to recruit a bunch of hard-working, hands-on, can-do team members, eager to help with the smooth running of Focus. Your days will be pretty varied – you’ll be involved with anything from putting up fencing and setting up venues, to unloading lorries and fixing and replacing broken equipment around the site.

To be on this team, you’ll need physical strength, stamina, patience, enthusiasm and a pair of protective boots and some clothes you don’t mind getting dirty! If you have any experience in event work, plumbing or lifting and shifting that would be preferable.

You’ll need to arrive on site on Thursday 26th July in time for the team briefing at 10am (you can pitch up on Wednesday evening if that’s easier for you – please get in touch with us if you would like to do this). You’ll need to stick around until the guests have left on the morning of Wednesday 1st August.

In return for your hard work (around 7 hours per day), we’ll provide you with:
•    Free event ticket
•    Free camping pitch or accommodation in a Festihut
•    Free breakfast + £5 food voucher for each day
•    Access to the teams lounge
•    Free access to the Focus talks after the event

If you're interested in being part of the site crew team, please apply online, including information about your relevant experience. We will review your application and references then be in touch to approve your team place if suitable.
